Sugar has never been part of our recipes; the dressings flavor is derived from the natural and fresh ingredients. (And the chef doesn’t like to mix sweet and savory!)

Do I have to keep the dressing refrigerated?
Yes, Boccalino dressings are made with fresh ingredients and therefore must be refrigerated.
Why are Boccalino dressings only made with canola oil?
Canola is recognized for its nutritional attributes as it contains the lowest level of saturated fatty acids of any vegetable oil.
